Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026. Vargas Industries Labs ("we", "us").

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or apply to the chef pilot program, we collect the contact details you give us: your name and email address, plus anything you write in the message field. This website has no accounts, no payments, and no tracking of its own.

How we use it

To reply to your waitlist or pilot request, and to send the occasional product update you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below, who process it only to operate this site.

Service providers

Web3Forms (web3forms.com) processes our contact forms. Your name and email pass through their service to reach us. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
Google Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information under Google's privacy policy.
GitHub Pages hosts this static site.

Retention

We keep waitlist and pilot emails until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Email marquis@vargasindustries.co to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of updates.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
